Pre-assembly of mechanical parts (typically 10-15 pieces), through pre-assembly of the pen cannula (cannula-hub glued with cannula, protection cap and sealed container).
Final Assembly
Our autoinjector assembly systems for any autoinjector provide scalable output rates from 2 ppm – 320 ppm. Standard or Custom engineering available.
Assembly of Pen Needles
Several options for assembly of the pen body and pen needle, final assembly of the pen, both standard and safety needles and final packaging. Single or multi-module configurations available.
