In pursuit of our customer-oriented philosophy, Co.Mac. provides customers with a 24-hour service, from Monday to Saturday, even for systems out of warranty. Pre- and post-sales technical assistance is a fundamental part of our relationship with customers — our team studies and implements every request, providing prompt, qualified advice. In case of need, Co.Mac. ensures immediate technical support so that problem resolution and machine restoration happen in the shortest possible time, whether through direct guidance or remote diagnostics.

Spare Parts Department
Co.Mac.’s After Sales (Customer Care) Department was created to put into practice the keywords that guide the company: Total Quality and Customer Satisfaction. The team works to meet the requirements of each customer, answering calls for technical assistance, spare parts supply and technical upgrades of the systems.
Services offered
- Fast same-day shipping for orders received before 3pm (CET) and for materials in stock
- Customized spare parts maintenance programs for cycles every 4,000, 6,000 and 8,000 working hours for can/bottle filling machines
- Spare packs for emergency services and basic necessities for keg/can/bottle filling machines
- Study and proposal of retrofitting packages with ROI calculation, for a technical update and energy efficiency of equipment, to increase the speed of existing systems
- On-site visits for analysis and optimisation of washing and filling cycles of keg lines with the use of the Keg Monitor
- Audit for system check with drafting of a dedicated report and, if needed, a programme of activities to be carried out and parts to be replaced
- Start-ups following the machine relocation
- Targeted and specific training for the different machines that make up the line
