Ancillary Machines
Co.Mac. builds a complete range of ancillary equipment to complete your keg, can or bottle line — from depalletizing and pallet inspection to washing, weighing, capping and collaring. Every ancillary machine is designed to integrate directly with a Co.Mac. filler, closing the loop from empty container to finished, palletized product.
Completion of lines
The Ancillary Machine Range
Start-of-line to end-of-line: palletizing, control stations, turners, washers, collaring and capping — everything needed to close the loop around your filler.

Keg Depalletizers & Palletizers
60 to over 1,000 KPH
Load and unload keg pallets automatically at the start and end of the line.

Pallet Centering Devices
Center the pallet on the conveyor and the kegs onto the pallet.

Pallet Destackers & Stackers
Stack and unstack pallets of empty or full kegs.

PALinspect AI
300 pallets/hour
AI-powered pallet inspection for a perfectly formed, damage-free pallet every time.

Keg Integrity & Fitting Stations
Verify the stem is intact and free from defects before filling.

Weighing Machines
30–1,000 KPH
Static and dynamic weighers confirm fill accuracy and product quality.

Temperature Control Station
60–1,000 KPH
IR temperature checks confirm product safety before it leaves the line.

Keg Turners
30–1,000 KPH
Upside-down or upright, position kegs correctly for the next station.

Keg External Washer
30–1,000+ KPH
Removes external contaminants before the keg re-enters circulation.

Collar Application System
60–1,000+ KPH
Apply or remove collar labels automatically at line speed.

Capping Robot
Up to 1,400 KPH
Anthropomorphic capping robot handles caps at high-speed line rates.

Flash Pasteurizer
From 1,000 liters/hour
Rapid heat treatment extends shelf life without compromising flavor.
The technology
What Are Ancillary Machines?
Ancillary machines are the equipment that surrounds a filling line at the start and end of the process — everything a keg, can or bottle line needs beyond the filler itself. On the empty-container side, this includes depalletizers, pallet centering devices, and integrity and fitting stations that verify a container is safe to fill. On the full-container side, it includes weighing machines, temperature control stations, collar application systems, capping robots and palletizers that check, finish and prepare the product for shipment.
Co.Mac. designs its ancillary equipment to integrate directly with its own filling lines — sharing the same conveyor pitch, control architecture and stainless steel construction — so a complete line feels like a single system rather than a collection of separately sourced machines. Every ancillary machine can also be retrofitted onto an existing line, whether or not the original filler was made by Co.Mac., to close a specific gap in your process without a full line replacement.
Why Co.Mac.
Why Complete Your Line with Co.Mac.
Every gap between depalletizing and shipping is a point where quality, speed or safety can slip — Co.Mac. ancillary machines are built to close those gaps.
One Integrated Line
Shared conveyor pitch, control architecture and construction standards mean ancillary machines slot directly into a Co.Mac. line without custom integration work.
Retrofit-Ready
Add a single station — a pallet checker, a weigher, a capping robot — to an existing line, Co.Mac.-built or not, without replacing equipment that already works.
Wide Throughput Range
From 30 KPH microbrewery lines to 1,000+ KPH industrial plants, every ancillary machine scales to match your filler’s actual production speed.
Full Line Support
24-hour technical assistance, a dedicated spare parts department, and Co.Mac. Core upgrade programs cover ancillary equipment the same way they cover your filler.
