Photodiode Optical Sorting Machine
INGENUITY is a double-vision sensor sorter. It is equipped with Visible Color and NIR technology (Near Infra Red). The system detects soil clods, stones, and green potatoes in unwashed potatoes, and for washed potatoes, it identifies also rotten products and color defects.
INGENUITY is available in various configurations, engineered to meet the demands of high-throughput agricultural and industrial processing lines.
The machine is available in a 2WAY and 3WAY configuration, and the ejection system is by mechanical fingers in a special high-resistance and anti-abrasion material.
