The following general conditions (hereafter the “General conditions”) regulate the use of the SIAPI S.r.l. (hereafter the “Company”) internet site (hereafter “Site”).

These conditions are regulated by Italian law. The Court of Treviso, Italy, shall have jurisdiction and the exclusive competence for any disputes connected to these conditions. However, the company reserves the right, if considered necessary, to take legal action at Courts in cities outside of Italy or Treviso in order to protect its own interests and have its rights respected.
