In the market of PET blow moulding machines, SIAPI is the reference for large containers.

SIAPI linear machines wrote the history of PET in the applications from 10 to 40 liters, both in the water sector, and beer, edible oil and chemicals.

The main protagonists in the filling market of large containers have been successfully working with SIAPI in the last twenty years, both for the R&D design and sampling, and for the supply of the dedicated blow moulder.

Special Technologies

SIAPI has developed special solutions and exclusive patented technologies in order to produce large containers.

  • PSB – Preform Stretch Booster: pre-blowing of the preform for refillable containers in order to guarantee perfect textures and firm coupling of the handle.
  • HANDLEMATIC: automatic insertion of the handle in the body of the containers
  • DEEP BOTTOM: creation of the stackable base keeping the perfect material distribution along the body
  • TEMPERATURE FEEDBACK: constant monitoring of the preform temperature in order to guarantee the material distribution and resistance.

SX1 & SX series

Blow-molding machines for large sizes, such as one-way and refillable bottles for water dispenser, stackable bulks, self-collapsible containers and PET kegs.

Up to 6000 bph (for a 5lt bottle in SX5 machine)

The fact that these containers can be recycled urges us to propose large containers for all those applications that can be converted to PET from polycarbonate and HDPE.

S2M & SX series

  • Low Air consumption: thanks to the Air Recovery System that could limit compressor consumption up to 40%;
  • The stretch unit is controlled by an electric brushless motor and PLC, allowing a dynamic control of rod movement and a perfect process also with non-standard stretch radios;
  • Molds are all designed and built in our San Vendemiano facilities close cooperation with the customer;
  • Machines are equipped with “AIR” (Advanced InfraRed) heating modules, this means: compact modules, high efficiency with immediate start-up time, low absorbed power, high MTBF (Mean Time Between Failures), affordable cost, and easy access and replacement.
  • Super Grip technology for deep handle pockets (optional)
  • External handle application (HandleMatic) and Deep Bottom technology for stackable shapes (optional)
