Keeping on being innovative in providing the most advanced technological solutions, flexible in creating custom-made systems, and reliable in guaranteing premium quality and service.<br>We have adopted the\u00a0<strong>Code of\u00a0Business\u00a0conduct<\/strong>\u00a0by\u00a0<strong>ATS Group<\/strong>, of which we have been a part since 2021, which illustrates the general principles inspiring the conduct and management of our company\u2019s activities, such as transparency, correctness and loyalty.<br>The code of conduct indicates the objectives and informative values of the business activity, with reference to the parties with whom we interact on a daily basis, such as, for example, suppliers, customers and personnel. It is essential for us at Raytec to share this ethical vision, clearly expressing our common principles, values and responsibilities.<br>We wish to do this in particular with all those who either work on behalf of our company or have business relations with it. They are required to comply with the principles and regulations contained in the Code.<br><br><strong>WHISTLEBLOWING<br><\/strong>Whistleblowing is a tool aimed at preventing unlawful behavior committed within a public or private company. The term whistleblowing refers to the reporting of offenses or irregularities that have occurred in the workplace.<br>In compliance with the provisions of Legislative Decree 24\/2023 containing the \u201cImplementation of Directive (EU) 2019\/1937 of the European Parliament and of the Council, of 23 October 2019, concerning the protection of persons who report violations of Union law and laying down provisions regarding the protection of persons who report violations of national regulatory provisions\u201d and of the Organisational, Management and Control Model pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 231 of 2001 adopted by\u00a0<strong>RaytecVision S.p.A.<\/strong>\u00a0(\u201cRaytec\u201d or the \u201c<strong>Company<\/strong>\u201d), the Company has taken steps to adopt a suitable system for managing reports of violations that have occurred within the workplace.<br>For the aforementioned reports, the Company makes two specific reporting channels available:<br><br>\u2022 The \u201cReport It Channel\u201d web platform made available by the Parent Company ATS CORPORATION at the link\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.reportit.net\/\">www.reportit.ne<\/a><a href=\"https:\/\/www.reportit.net\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">t<\/a>;<br>\u2022 Specific local communication channels:<br>(i) traditional mail: with a confidential letter at Raytec premises to the attention of the Supervisory Body.<br>(ii) by meeting in person with the Supervisory Board by sending an e-mail request to the e-mail address:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:raytec.odv@raytecvision.com\">raytec.odv@raytecvision.com<\/a>.<br><br>Raytec guarantees the receipt, analysis and treatment of reports forwarded by those who are entitled to make a whistleblowing report, i.e. employees of the Company, collaborators, freelancers or consultants who collaborate with the Company, trainees and volunteers, directors and shareholders and members of the corporate bodies (Board of Directors, Board of Statutory Auditors, etc.).<br>Raytec, in order to promote the so-called \u201cwhistleblowing culture\u201d, admits the receipt and management of reports made even in confidential or anonymous form.<br><br>Reports may concern violations of:<br>\u2013 Global Code of Conduct of the ATS Group of which the Company is a part;<br>\u2013 unlawful acts in the context of European Union acts concerning: public procurement; financial services, products and markets and the prevention of money laundering and terrorist financing; product safety and compliance; transport safety; environmental Protection; radiation protection and nuclear safety; The environment is controlled in terms of temperature and humidity and is completely washable and sanitised, thus recreating the exact hygienic conditions of the production plants. In this room the customer can carry out tests on preserved vegetables and fruit, fish and confectionery products.<br><br><strong>X-Ray room<br><\/strong>The X-RAY room is the only test room with air conditioning. Next to the room there is a warehouse to store the contaminated products to be used during the tests. In this room there are two different Raybox and Rayview inspector machines. Here our customers can perform tests to detect foreign bodies on various types of packaging such as cans, cardboard bricks, plastic bottles, glass jars and glass bottles.<br><br><strong>Hot-Frozen room<br><\/strong>The HOT-FROZEN room is designed to recreate the typical production environment of frozen products as well as dried fruit.<br><br>The 250 sqm room is air conditioned and can be programmed to control temperature and humidity, mainly for different situations:<br><br>tests on frozen fruit and vegetables with a temperature of -7\u00b0C and 80% humidity;<br>tests on fresh-cut products with a temperature of 7\u00b0C and 90% humidity;<br>tests on dried fruit, such as almonds, walnuts and hazelnuts, with a temperature of 30\u00b0C, humidity of 60%.<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div
