Overview

On the empty keg side of the line, a system for the removal of any collar still on the neck of the kegs returning from the market can be installed, in order to prevent these labels to reach the next workstations of the line, expecially the external keg washer; a collar presence detection device communicates to the collar extraction system if it is present a label to be removed.

On the full keg side of the line, a collar applicator is used to apply a collar label around the neck of each keg.
