CFT provides filling and packaging lines specially engineered and designed for the edible oil sector, handling various products such as olive oil, plant-based oil, and others.
Our fillers can handle a wide range of containers, caps, labels and our packaging solutions can complete any turnkey line in order to meet any customer requirement through one unique provider.
We handle various formats such as metal, plastic or glass containers, usually with capacity ranging from 0.25L up to 20L.
We also provide complete end of line composed of premium depalletisers, palletisers and conveyors. Each single machine is designed and manufactured in our production plant. We offer two different filling technologies such as volumetric fillers and weight fillers, in-line or rotary type, presenting different benefits, such as high filling accuracy and quick product changeover.
Weight-based technology for edible oil filling
Every single CFT machine comprised in our complete line, features strong structure, compact dimensions and low maintenance requirements.
The hub of the entire line is the filler machine and, within this range of products, we can offer two different filling technologies, represented by piston fillers and weight fillers – in-line or rotary type – to suite each specific demand or requisite.

Volumetric technology for edible oil filling
Our MRV range of fillers has been created for oils or viscous liquids using volumetric filling technology.
It can be coupled with a blower turret for empty container cleaning and capping turrets (for screw caps, roll-on caps, press-on caps etc.)
The volume of product to be dosed is automatically adjusted according to product temperature variations. After the filling phase the bottle can be transferred to a levelling turret (optional), where it is possible to check and correct each bottle to the same level.
This kind of machines feature a fast changeover time, obtained thanks to a quick release system used to position and lock the different change parts, and to the possibility to have two different capping turrets fitted on the same lower base. This system reduces almost to zero the changeover time for the capper.
In addition, it is possible to have two different cappers on the same monoblock. Each one can be equipped for a different cap (screw cap and pressure cap for example), avoiding the compromise of a single capper used for both cap types or two different complete cappers, one of which by-passed by filled but still uncapped bottles.
The monoblock is controlled by a PLC program optimized for the edible oil industry requirements for product changeover phase. This phase is very delicate, since it is very important to avoid mixing two different oils.
Our volumetric technologies for edible oil filling are completed by RVL, a volumetric fillers range created for oils or viscous liquids and dedicated to lines with frequent size changeovers. The RVL range can be coupled with a stand-alone capper.
